Received Monday, 7 p.m. LONDON, July 7. The Times's diplomatic eorrespondent says a copy of the invitation sent to other countries to attend the Mar shall Plan discussions at Paris on July 12, has been handed to the Soviet Ambassador in London, Mr. Zarubin, to keep Russia informed of progress and to leave 'the door open for her coopera tion in the rehabilitation of Europe. Delegates to the discussions are scheduled to meet in the French Foreign Office under M. Bidault's chair manship, to appoint a committee ot cooperation and four . suggested subcommittees. The Times's Warsaw correspondenl says a Polish decision to accept th( invitation to attend the diseussiom cannot be exeluded because it is nou realised that the warm support whieh some sections of the Polish press gave to Mr. Molotov's refusal to attend, wat' not fully representative of the officiai Polish attitude to the conference. The Times's Geneva correspondent says that although there is no diree; mention of the Marshall plan con ference in the European Economic Mission's agenda, the Anglo-French delegations announced that they intend making statements on the Foreigr Ministers' meeting at Paris at th> Commission 's sessiQn in the morning oi July. 7.
