GERMAN SLAUGHTER OF 70,000 RUSSIANS
Received Tuesday, 11 a.m. WARSAW, July 7. The special Soviet Commission stated that it had discovered that the Germans had killed 70,000 Russian prisoniers over a period of several .months in a camp near Minks Mazowiecki.
