Mr. Vincent. The board had to be govemed by the positid'n at the close of each week. When referring to the changed hotirs fdr waterheaters, Mr. Vincent. suggested that instead of from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. the hours be reduced to 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. and an u'ninterrupted service given at weekends. Following discussion it was finally agreed that the matter be left in the hands- of the engineer. •
