Painful Accident Mr. Harold Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. E. Allen, "Te Maire," Shannon, met with a painful accident on Saturday afternoon while chopping wood on the farm. The axe slipped and inflicted a severe. cut in his hand, necessitating four stitches. Mr. Allen is now progressing favourably, but is still. receiving medical attention.
