Twelve Missing In Tanker Explosion
Received Monday, 8 p.m. NEW YORK, June 22. The latest list of injured as a result of the explodihg of the oil tanker Markey in the dock area of Longbeach is 24, with twelve reported missing. The harbour authorities estimate the damage to city owned installations alone at 2,500,000 dollars. The Markey was valued at 3,0.00,000 dollars and the cargo at 750,000 dollars.
