WELLINGTON, June 24. Important policy _ questions, are expected to be discussed at a meeting of the national executive of the New Zealund Waterside Workers^ Union in Wellington today. The length of the eonferenee is indefinite/ Amongst the matters for discussion are the union claim for increased worker represehtation in the industry, and the impending eonferenee at Honolulu of representatives of waterfront organisations in Pacific eountries with the object of making a mutual pac,t. Another subject likely to be raised is the recent ^ eonflicts between Cabinet Ministers and officials of the union.
