KOTORXJA, Juiie 23. Over half a million feet of pinus radiata Is being' despatched from Roto- 1 rua for export to Australia in "ex- 1 ^change for hardwood, espeeially jarrah. All the timber wagons normally used to carry Rotorua timber for private operators and the State mills, have been taken over for the transport of the timber which has to be completed by - VVednesday. Loading started in Rotorua on Friday, the trucks carrying 100,000 feet a day. The timber will be loaded at Auckland on. three vesseis; 1 two being bound for Australia this week and one probably next week.
