MR. T. G. VINCENT ELECTED * • Mr. T. G. Vincent was this xnorhing elected chairman of the Horfiwhenua Electric Power Board m succession to Mr. G. A. Monk, who resigned as a result of his appointment to the Ldcal Goveriittieht Commission. Mr. Vincent has been at member of the board since May, 1926. When* nominations were called for at a meeting of the board this morning, Mr. W. E. Barber proposed that Mr. Vincent be elected. The motion was seconded by Mr. C. S. Keedwell and cafried unanimously. After expressing deep appteciation for his election, Mr. Vincent •» asked for the co-opetdtioh ahd goodwill of board members and the staff in the work which would fall to him.
