NO DIVISION OF INDIAN ARMED FORCES
Received Friday, 10 a.m. NEW DELHI, June 19. High political quarters have confirmed that India's armed forces would not be divided oii a communal basis in the new India. Every Indian ofRcer and soldier could serve in either the Union Army or Pakistan State Army. Preferences could be stated in replies to a questionnaire which 'Would be sent out.
