Phersonal 5/ The friends of Mr. P. K. Robrnson will bb pleased to hear that he has" returned home after being an inmate of the Palmerston North Hospital. R.S.A. Parcel Appeal The Shannon branch of the Returned Services' Association is appealing' to the public of Shannon and district for funds to aid the sending of food parcels to Britain. Recent donations amounted to £42 19s 5d. To this sum has been added a donation from the Tokomaru R.S.A. of £3 11s 3d and the- balance of 4s 5d from the Anzac Day collection, bringing the sum to date to £46 15s ld. Donations may be left with Mr. E. J. Gunnine.
