AUCKLAND, June 10. An undertaking to cable immediately to United Btates to obtain an option on a 30,000 kilowatt steapi turbimgenerating plant, of wliieh details hal been obtained by the Aucklam Chamber of Commerce, was given b\ the Minister in charge of the Btate Hydro-Electric Department, M'!- ^eurple to a deputatiofi from the chamber which inet him at Tauranga. A report to this effeet was given by the deputation at a meeting here today.
