\ v JtliLi LiLiN (jr J. UiN , Juue ». Provided the players are agreeable, the All Blacks will play a mid-week game against Auckland on their return to New Zealand. This was decided at today 's meeting of the management comniittee of the New Zealand Rugby Uuion following - application by the Auckland Union for a match. It was decided to aseertain from Mr. H., S. Strang the wishes of players in the matter. Following reccipt of advice of preparations being made in Fiji for the proposed tour bv a Maorj team, the chairman, Mr. S. S. Dean, said it would be advisable to notify Fiji of th'e difficuR ties regarding shipping which rnade the tour very doubtful. Any postponement was a matter for the couneil of the N.Z.R.U. but early advice of the diffi* culties over shipping should be eonveyed to Fiji in view of preparations being made. Mr. Dean said the Maoris were opposed to making the tour bv plane. It had been agreed that in the event of the tour being off, a.tour with in New Zealand would be arranged for the Maoris.
