WEl.LINGTON, June 9. ■ -Mr. II. McCaw, Canterbury, was reelected president of the New Zealand Drivets' Fe^leration at the annuai conference of the federation in Wellington. Mr. F. C. Allerby, Wellington, Was r'e-elected secretary. The conference decided to propose to the Commissioner of 'Transport, Mr. Laurenson, additioiial measures in the iUtUrestS of Safety on omnibuses and to end'orse the setting up by the Standhrds l-ustitute of sectional committees to rev'iew "the paekag'ing 'of goods in nonmetal containers with a view to standardisation.
