CIVIC THEATRE

TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY "The Unseen," starring Joel MeCrea, Gail Russell and Herbert "Marshall, is from • the popular novel "Her Heart in Her Throat,", by Ethel White. The film opens, in the best tradition of all thrillers, with a murder — committed in this instance in the dark, forbidding fastnesses of Salem, with all its unclean associations of witchcraft and unnameable deviltries. The seccmd attraction is "Yolanda and the Thief," starring Fred Astaire, Lucille Bremer and Frank Morgan. A ligb/t-hearted knave meets a vision of rhythm in a technicolour land where songs grow on trees and laughter fills the air! It makes for M.-G.-M.'s most festive musical!
