Personal The friends of Mr. C. Guerin, Kingston Road, will regret to hear that he suffered a painful accident on Thursday afternooh. While cutting wood on his farm the axe slipped, inflicting a severe cut in his leg and. necessitating medical attention. Card Winners Mrs; Taylor and Mr. Kenny were the prize-winners in the weekly card evening . conducted by the Labour Party in Laurvig's Hall last week. There was the usual ;good attendance of players present.
