SON USED AS HOSTAGE
J Received Friday, 8.50 p.m. NEW YORK, June 5. Mr. Ferenc Nagy, the 22 years old son of the exiled Hungarian Premier, t old the Associated Press in Washing (on that he believed his father was induced to resign because Budapest Oommunists threatened to hold a four-year-old vounger son as hostage. Mr. Nagy, senr., was telephoned in Bwitzerland by Hungarian Communists and told he was naroed as a conspirator against the Russian Oceupation Arniv. He was given the choiee between immediate resignation or returning to Budapest to stand trial. When Mr. Nagy ret'used to do either he was reminded of his little son in Budapest. Mr. Nagy then offered to resign on eondition tliat the Communists delivered the boy to the Swiss border. This was done and Mr. Nagy signed a promis'e never to return to Hungary.
