This was decided today at a conference be tween the New Zealand team managers, Messrs II. Strang and N. McKenzie, and a representative of tlie New Soutlr Wales Rugby Fnion, Mr. F. Herlihy. The New Zealand Rugby Fnion cabled the New South* Wales Union requesting that replacements be allowea throughout the whole of each game as in previous tours. Mr. Herlihy was instrueted- to agree only to replacements up to half-time. , The All Blacks' captain, Fred Allen, is sufl'ering with a leg injurv and will rest during the next week. There is a doubt whether ho will be fit for the first Test at Brisbane tomorrow week, savs Arr. E. W. Kann, tlie Sun's Rugby writer.
