MAN DROWNED WHEN DINGHY CAPSIZED

NAPIER, May 23. One man was drowned and another heavily imffeted when a dinghy capsized in tlxe surf off Westshore beach this morning. The victim was Mr. Robson, aged 48, married, with three children. With Mr. .T. F. Martin de- . ceased was assisting efforts to tow a stranded buoy from the beach but the dinghy capsized iri the surf, botli men who were employees of the Napierdlar'bour Board, being thrown into the water. Martin reached slxore exhansted but Robson is nxissing since he released his hold on the boat. The poiice axe now searching for the body.
