JEWS WILL FIGHT ARMED ARAB GANGS
Received Friday, 12.45 p.m. JERUSALEM, May 22. A Jewish Agency spokesman said the Jews had decided to fight the armed Arab gangs allegedly responsibie for the murder of 24 Jews in April. He said that official leniency with Arabs caught carrying arms was responsible for systematic murders and holdups. The Haganah "combat" unit's attack on Arabs in Fajja village was the first of counter measures.
