Illegal Use bf Waterheater
Tne use of a waterneacer during U pfohibited period resulted in a Hastings householder's appearance in court. He was fined £25, in default one liionth'S imprisonment, the magistrate commenting that though the offence did not amount to theft, it dealt with a ebminbdity in short supply which directly or indirectly jiffected everyone in the Dominion.
