INDOOR BOWLING
CLUB FORMED IN LEVIN At the initial meeting of the Indoor Bowling Club recently, there was an enthusiastic attendance and it was decided to form a club in Levin. Further to this a general meeting was held , on Thursday last and - the following officers were eleeted: — Patron: Mr. H. B. Burdekin; president: Mr. J. W. Ward; vice-president: Mr. J. D. Renkin; secretary-treasurer: Mr. K. A. Bowater; committee: Mesdames W. Mudgway and Henderson and Messrs. J. Corry, C. Larsen, R. H. Henderson and W. Mudgway. The committee is to make final ar^angements for the commencement of play as soon as the remainder of the finance is in and the equipment arrives.
