This was announced today by the British film produ'cer, Mr. J. Arthiu Rank. Mr. Matthew Fox, Vice president of TJniversal Pictures, said in return American pictures would be brought to Bfitish audiences with the least possible delay. Mr. Rank sa/id he and universai Pictures were aiming at a better international market for British films and expressed the opinion that it would take several years to get British filmS established in America but fiiuch progress had been made.
