RALLYING TO DE GAULLE

Eeceived Sunday, 7 p.m. PARIS, May 10.' During a two weeks ' campaign 888,000 persons applied for membership of De Gaulle's "Rally of the French People". The conlmittee, before sending out membership eards, screens applieants to make sure they have never been Communists, Nazi collaborators or members of the " Antidemoeratic Group".
