AUCKLAND, May 11. No information about tiie work r. the New Zealand legation in Moscow could be elicited from Mr. R. T. G-. Patrick, fonner First Secretary on the staff of the New Zealand Minister to Moscow, Mr. C. W. Boswell, when he arrived at Auckland by the Ruahine on Saturday morning. Mr. Patrick has returned to take up the post of Secretary of Island Territories Department in succession to Mr. C. G. S. McKay who recently retired. 1 'I cannot discuss policy or interna- • tional affairs and must leave it to the Government to make an announcement," said Mr. Patrick who added that Mr. Boswell and his staft were all well and had survived the rigours of the last Russian winter.
