PLUNKET SOCIETY MEETS
The monthly meeting of the committee of the Levin Plunket Society -was held this week. Mrs. L. J. Hunter was in the chair and fchere was a good attendance of members. Accounts amounting to £46 9s 2d were passed for payment. It was decided to invite Dr. Heleri Deem, medical adviser to the society, to speak at the annual meeting. The ecretary was asked to write to Dr. Deem to see if she could man-3-ge to be in Levin between midTune and the enh of the first week of July, the date of the meeting being arranged accordingly. The 'next committee meeting was fixed for Monday, june 9. •> >
