Personal Mr. and Mrs. W. Wilsc/n left by 'plane on Thursday for a brief holiday in Nelson. Mr. and Mrs. Woodcock, who have been on. holiday at Waitarere Beach, Levin, have returned to Otaki. Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Noble, of Kaitaia, and their two children, are at present on holiday in Otaki. Band to Play Out The Otaki Brass Band, which has made much progress of recent months, will render a number of selections at the Sanatorium on Sunday aiternoon. Sight-Seeing Visit A number of members of the Victoria Lodge (Hastings) expect to visit Otaki on May 25, .when they will be shown* over the Rangiatea, Raukawa 0 meeting house and other places of interest. Bowling Tournament A benefit bowling tournament will be held on the Otaki Railway Club's green on Sunday, commencing at 10.30 a.m. A number of rinks from Wellington and elsewhere are expected. Interest in Hockey Hockey is likely to become well established in Otaki this season, considerable interest being shown. Besides clubs at Otaki, it is expected that both Te Horo and Levin will join up. Miss Burgess and Mr. L. Fannin have been appointed among the local delegates to the association. '
