OTAKI DISTRICT'S NEW RECORD The following is the final return of saies for Poppy Day in Otaki and district: Manakau £10 6s, Otaki £76 2s fld, Te Horo £6 7s 4d, ■ Waikanae £10 17s and Reikorangi £4 2s; total, £107 15s 3d. This total of £107 15s 3d, sets a new record for the district, and the R.S.A. wishes to thank all those who assisted in achieving such an excellent result. ' Anzac Day Collections .... Collections made in the 6ta?ki district at the Anzac Day serviees totalled £34 3s 2d, made up as follows: Otaki £18 9s, Manakau £5 18s 4d, Te Horo £4 9s 2d, Waikanae £3 7s 3d and Reikorangi £1 19s 5d. As was announced on Anzac Day, this sum will go to buy parcels for Britain. The result is very s'atisfactory and thanks are accorded the many donors who helped to " make such a gratifying result.
