KARITANE NURSES GET NEW SALARY SCALE

WELLINGTON, May 6. The Stabilisation Commission has approved « the new salary scale for Karitane nurses, which was submitted to the commission by the Plunket Society last December. Details of the new rates will be . issued to the Karitane nurses' bureaux at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, and to matrons of Karitane hospitals and Plunket nurses throughout the Dominion.
