COLONEL SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS' GAOL
Received Thursday, 9.30 a.m. . PRANKFURT, April 30. A military court has sentenced Colonel J. W. Durant to 15 years' hard labour and dismissal from the Army for his part in the theft of the Hesse Crown Jewels valued at £375,000, from Kronberg Castle. Durant's wife, a W.A.C., Captain K. N. Durant, has already been sentenced to five years' imprisoriment
