NELSON, April 29. The allegation maUe at the meeting of the C^nterbury branch of the New. Zealand Professional Engineers' Association that cement at the Tarakohe works was being durnped in the sea because of the clifficulty of carting it away was emphatically denied today by Mr.. J. H. Jennings .(vianager: of the Dolden Bay Cement Co.). "The allegation has absolutely no foundation," said Mr. Jennings. Ult is correet that We have very full stocks — thousands of tons that we would like to get rid of, but till we get more rapid shipping vve cannot do more tlian we are doing now to clear stocks." Mr. Jennings added that the plant was not working skort time.
