SWEDEN TO PRODUCE URANIUM
Eeeeived Sundav, 7.45 p.m. STOCKHOLM, April -27. The Swedish Atoinie Commission has revealed that as a resnlt of researeh Sweden will soon be able to produee uranium in large quantities from sla'te. The Commission said the next step is preparatory work for the eonstruetion of an atonfie pile. A Government eom mittee recomtnended the establishmenl of a Rtate eontrolled company with £450,000 share eapital, to' eondnet experiaients in the pi'oduetion of atoraie energy.
