ODDFELLOWS' LODGE
INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS The half-yearly installation of the Otaki Oddfellows' Lodge was held in the Anglican Hall recently. The adverse weather did not prevent a good attendance of visiting members from Wellington and Levin Lodges. The following officers were installed: — Bros. C. Walker, F. Rule, J. Gookjsley, S. Whiteman, J. Fogden, I. Mathie, J. Trembath, W. Taylor, J. Southgate and H. Taylor. A very pleasant evening was spent by all present, and members of the visiting lodges spoke of the enjoyable times they had always had at Otaki. It is hoped that regular meetings will be held now that times are more normal.
