Irgun Zvai Leumi and the Stern Gang, which are now operating under single leadership, have distributed a.. joint pamphlet sayin°' that they had no intention of obserying any truce in the United Nations' " discussibns on Palestine. "The struggle goes on," said the oamphlet.
