Received Sunday, 7.0 p.m. JERUSALEM, April 26. DetaiLs are revealed of a new and more stringent plan for combating lerrorism and illegal entry. The plan provides: — Firstly, Palestine will be divided into three self-contained miiitary districts — Jerusalem, Haifa, Tei Aviv— each absolutely isolated from the rest of the world, The miiitary will be in supreme eommand with the assistance of thre.e district coinm'issiofiers. Civil • government facilities, including the courts, railways and post offices will be abolished temporarily. Secondly," troops and police will hunt terrorists throughout Palestine on an unpr.eeedented sc-ale. Thirdly, a greatly. increased offensive with a large, number of aircraft and ships, will be launched against illegal immigrant ships which will be shadowed all the way and headed off to places of internment other. than Cyprus. The plan is likely to go into operation after the next serious act of 'terrorism.
