MR. WALLACE WILL TELL AMERICA
Eeceived Monday, 1.50 a.m. NEW YOPtK, April 27. Mr. Ilenry Wallaee arrived from Europe today. He said he considered his two weeks ' speaking tour was a suc cess. "1 went, not to knock tlie Truman doetrine but to learn what Euro pean forees were organised behind the cause of peace," he said. He found the people deeply concerned that United Nations should be used for the purpose of world unity. Mr. Wallanee, who will eomnience a speaking tour of United States, s^id he plans to tell Americaim about the people of England, western Europe and Scandinavia who ''are splendid, warmhearted and above all united for peace."
