LONDON, April 18. The President of the Board of Trade, Sir Staiford Cripps, gave a Press conference today an outline of publicity designed for the Governmpnt's "battle of output" campaign. Posters feature a huge pdcture oi John Bull rolling up his sleeves, with slogans like "We are up against it" and "We work or want". Sir Staiford Cripps: "The fact is that the country is in a serious economic position. In plain terms, it is ii economic cLmgWc"
