The New Zealand representatives, A. C. Guv and A. Murray, both' took 82 for the round. Guy misjudged his approaches and his drives often found the rough in the heavy wind. Murray was - more impressive but failed to gauge the pace of the greens and was astray vvitli- some of his approaehes. Murray said he and Guy found the sandy course needed different shots from those on the elay courses in New Zealand. / Leading scores were: E. Cremin. N.S.W., 71, D. Denehv, 8.A. 73, W.
