DON JUAN AGAINST OUTSIDE INTER VENTION
Received Thursday, 9.30 a.m. LISBON, April 16. Don Jua.u, claimant to the Spanish Thro'ne,. has issued a statement denying that he favoured foreign interventica m Spain. He added that if foreign countries clung to an "irresponsible policy and insufferable interference" the only result would be to complicate the Spanish problem and prevent its solution in the natural way.
