WELLINGTON, April 15. Steamers on the Lyttelton and Nelson services had rough journeys to and from Wellington last night. The Rangatira made good time on the run northward, but a strofig wind made three attempts to berth necessary. The Nelson steamer Matangi, lightly laden and with few passen'gers, made heavy weather of the Strait cfossing and did not reach Queen's Wharf, Wellington, ulitii 11.50- a.m., nearly six hours late.
