ueceiveu ivionnav, 7 p.m. LONDON, April 14, The British Motor Trade Association which last year introduced a covenant scheine to prevent the resale of new cars by unscrupulous buyers, has establislied a'blaek lisf on which the rtames of a number of lirms and dealers suspected of black market practices, have been plaeed. The dealers whose names are on this list will not be supplied with. anv further new or used cars, re placement paris or aecessories. Similar action is also being taken against dealers who are known to have been engaged in black market opera tions vvitli tvres. r 1 '
