PRICES AT WOOL SALE IN CHRISTCHURCH

CHRISTCHURCH, April 11." The. fourth Christchurch wooi saie was held today whep 27,594 bales ot the new season 's wool were ofl'ered to u full bench of buyers. The report i'ssued by the Christchurch Woolbrokers' Association in conjunetion with the New Zealand Woolbuyers' Association and the New Zealand Wool Disposal Com mission says the olfering comprised mainly of late shorn and back country "wools and included a proportion oi Chatliam Isl'ands and Marlborough elips. A fair pef centage of tlie oft'er ing was showing a good deal .-of dis eolouration and dry yolk. Competition for fine wools was very keen and well siistained. Medium and coarse wools were ratlxer less in demand and showed some irregularity. Following is the oflicial range of prices: — .
