APPEAL AGAINST EXECUTION OF DOV. GRUNER
Received Wednesday, 9.55 a.m. LONDON, April 8. The London solicitors have received instructions from the Mayor of Tel Aviv to file a petition with the Privy Couneil against Dov Gruner's death sentenee. T^ev have requested the Colonial Offi.ce and Palestine High > Commissioner by cable to postpone the execution pending the appeal.
