ARMS SEIZED IN PALESTINE
Reeeived Wed-nesday, 11 .a.m. JERUSALEM, April 8. An Ar-my patrol on the Tel AvivHaifa road ea-rly today .seized a iorry containing fif-teen rifles, .a Lewis gusn, two tSten guns, four shot-guns, two mortars, s.ix pistols, nine automatics and a large qu-an-tity of ammunition and grena.des. The troops arrested the driver, who cvas a Jewish youth, .and thnee o.ther J ews. The police believe that a mysterious -explosion, which shattered thousands of windows in Tel Aviv last night,. occurred at a" secret arsenal.
