Received Thursday, 10 a.m. LONDON, April 2. Mr. John Lowe, of Cambridge, suggested at the University. Conservative Association's conference that His Majesty should live in each of the Dominions in turn, and that a Governor-General be appointed for the United Kingdom. More than 100 delegates from seventeen universities endorsed Mr. Lowe's motion, advocating vigorous measures to further organise the unity of the British Commonwealth.
