Tliis year the whole of the 24 "quota" towns in the postai district were successfuJ in obtaining their full quota allotment and thus fulfilled thc objective of the Palmerston North National Savings Coiumittee to reach the 100 per cent. The complete list of towns is: — Palmerston North, Apiti, Ashhurst, Bulls, Dannevirke, Feilding, Foxton, Gien Oroua, Halcombe, Kimbolton, Levin, Manakau, Ohau, Pahiatua, Pongaroa, Rangiotu, Rangiwahia, Rongotea, Sanson, Shannon, Tokomaru, Weber, Weraroa and Woodville.
