Eels "Laid On" Estimated to be some 22 inehes in length, a fresh water eel found its way from the Ohau River into the water races in Levin. Its unexpected appearance in Oxford Street on Saturday afternoon caused some interest among passers-by. It was finally landed by an enterprising resident.
