Received Sundav, 7 p.m. XEW YORK, March 29. Property which Will yield 60,000,000 to 90,000.1)00 barrels of oil worth today 210 cents a barrel, has been given by Mr. II. R. Cfillen, tlie multi-millionaire oilman, of Texas, to establisli an edu cational and health charity foundation, Mr. Cullen, attending a meeting of the Texas Hospital Association with Alrs. Cullen, announced the gift explaining that "manv of our'wealtliy citizens are mucli less selfish than we are. They are willing to allow their successors or trustees of their estates to get the pleasure of giving money to these wel fare organistitions after they are dead and gone. " iMr. and Mrs. Culleil have already made philantliropic gifts valued at 45,000,000 dollars. The Cullen Foundation is serond only in assets to the Rockefeller Foundation.
