OCTOPUS SEIZES CHILD

Entering the water for a paddle at Corsair Bay on Sunday afternoon in the vicinity of the bathing enclosure, a girl of 8 years was seized by a tentacle of an octopus, which attached itself to her ankle (states the Christchurch StarSun.)
