SYDNEY'S DESERTED WHARVES
Received Tuesdav, 10.15 p.m. SYDNEY, March 11. The waterfront today presented a scene of idle ships and deserted wharves as watersiders enforced total strike couditions. It is estiinated that bv the end of the dav the total aecumulation of inter-state and overseas curgo in Svdney will exceed 150,000 tons. The resnlt of the telegraphic vote of members of the Watersid.e Workers Federation as to whether overtime should be banned thronghout Austral ian ports, sliould be lcnown late tonight.
