PEDESTRIAN KILLED.
NEW PLYMOUTH, Mar. 9. Frederick Charles Anstis, aged about 74 years, of Waihi Road, Hawera, married, with an adult family, received fatal injuries when struck by a car driven by Mrs. R. J. Oden, of Hawera, about 7.45 p.m. on Saturday. He was Laken to Hawera hospital where he died yesterday morning. The accident occurred at an interseetion of Hawera streets when Mr. Anstis was efossing the street.
